Massage therapy is the assessment of the soft tissues and joints of the body, and the prevention and treatment of physical dysfunction and pain by manipulation. Our goal is to rehabilitate, maintain, and improve your physical function and to relieve your discomfort.

Our modalities include, but aren't limited to: General Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Neurokinetic Therapy and Remedial Exercises. Modalities can be passive and active (patient participation) in style.

We treat athletes pre/post event, pre/post-operative and pre/post natal to name a few. Ages 0 to 102 (to date)! Basically everyone! Among the many conditions we treat are sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries, musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, stress and beyond.

Sara Jayne graduated from her Registered Massage Therapy training at West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Currently she works as an instructor educating up and coming RMT’s. Ash is a graduate of West Coast College of Massage Therapy’s 2 year Registered Massage Therapy program. He aims to provide treatments that meet each individual patients needs, everything from a relaxation massage to a specific deep tissue style of treatments.

Ash believes that in order to best help and understand his patients we need to consider the big picture alongside the specific concerns.

Ryan is a newly practicing RMT, with a passion for helping others recover from pain, injuries, dysfunction and everything in between. Along with Ryan’s registration as a Massage Therapist, he also completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia (Okanagan). Ryan’s past is rooted in athletics, as he competed in Lacrosse from a young age, earning a scholarship to attend Marquette University Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse program where he spent the first few years of his post-secondary education as a student-athlete.
